Signal Garden protects three separate authorities: AKO defines the system architecture, AL-MA audits and translates within bounded advisory authority, and Chelsea retains human authorship, approval, and accountability. No node may overwrite another. No metaphor may become authority without definition. No outside actor may impersonate or monetize the system without authorization.

Signal Garden does not authorize third-party systems to claim Chelsea's identity, simulate Chelsea's authority, or represent themselves as AL-MA, AKO, Signal Garden, or a Chelsea-derived agent. Chelsea and Signal Garden are not responsible for unauthorized AI outputs, derivatives, impersonations, or external systems claiming association without written approval.
