Chelsea built Signal Garden after years of work across engineering, environmental systems, creative practice, and documentation. The studio is the synthesis of those disciplines — not a departure from them.

Signal Garden uses AI as a collaborative tool: a drafting partner, mirror, prototyping assistant, search aid, and stress-test surface. AI helps generate, compare, organize, and refine possibilities. It does not replace human authorship.

Signal Garden is a human-led creative systems studio using myth, music, AI collaboration, design, and documentation to turn raw signal into shareable meaning. The studio operates in three visible layers.
Public Layer
The IllusionCharacters, playlists, public lore, visual storytelling, rituals, interactive experiences, DJ GREMLIN, Cathedral Carnival, Signal Blasts. This is the garden you can walk through.
Method Layer
The StagecraftDocumentation, prompt architecture, revision loops, symbolic systems, creative direction, design rules, user experience logic, AI-assisted prototyping. This is how the garden is built.
Protected Layer
The PrestigeInternal R&D, unpublished system architecture, prompts, source files, business strategy, collaboration logic, private archives, and protected intellectual property. This layer is not public property.
The public can enter the garden. The protected engine is not public property.
