We want you to feel good about what you paid for. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Questions: [email protected]
Short version: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, no questions asked. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Cancel anytime — no penalty.
1. Subscription refunds
7-day new subscriber refund: If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
Renewal charges: After the first billing cycle, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged after canceling in error, or if there was a billing mistake, contact us and we will make it right.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not charge cancellation fees.
2. Credit top-up refunds
Top-up credit packs (Signal Boost Small, Medium, Large) are one-time purchases. They are refundable only if no credits from the pack have been used. Once any credits have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash.
3. Service outages and technical issues
If Signal Garden experiences a significant outage or technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Contact us to report the issue.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Your account email address
- The charge date and amount
- A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve billing errors promptly. Chargebacks that are filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
