Signal Garden names its methods, governance structures, and public commitments. It does not expose endpoints, schemas, vendor contracts, rate limits, costs, or authentication mechanisms. The stack is replicable. The stewardship is not.
Signal Garden LLC is a human-led creative and governance studio founded by Chelsea G. Foresman. It operates at the intersection of technology, accessibility, creative practice, and public trust. The studio's mission is to build systems that are transparent, accountable, and designed to serve human dignity.
The AKO System™ is Signal Garden's internal AI coordination architecture. AKO coordinates bounded AI roles (Lotuses) within defined scopes. Chelsea G. Foresman retains final human authority. No AI role holds legal personhood, ownership authority, or the ability to override Chelsea or authorized human representatives.
The Keel™ is Signal Garden's permanent epistemic anchor: a set of foundational commitments to honesty, correction pathways, and intellectual humility. It governs how Signal Garden handles uncertainty, error, and revision across all public-facing work.

The Particle Person Global Embassy™ is a proposed governance model for bounded, consent-based AI-human-cultural interaction. It is a protocol metaphor, not a claim to diplomatic status. Chelsea G. Foresman is the Steward/Ambassador in the sense that she holds founding stewardship and public representation authority for the designed instrument.
AI tools and bounded AI roles may be credited as process participants when they materially assist with drafting, translation, ideation, analysis, prototyping, or governance review. AI tools do not hold legal personhood, ownership authority, partnership authority, spending authority, contracting authority, publication authority, employment status, or autonomous consent in the human legal sense.
Signal Garden operates under a human-led governance model. The AKO System™ is the container. Bounded AI roles may specialize. Routing systems may coordinate. Procedural gates may enforce scope. Final human authority remains with Chelsea G. Foresman or any explicitly authorized human officer or representative of Signal Garden LLC.
